AN ADDITIONAL REQUEST FOR A HEARING AND DELAY  OF FINAL ORDERS  FOR AGAINST DEMOLITONS IN THE BIR EL ID AREA. AND OTHER INCIDENTS
This week another request for a hearing and a delay of carrying out the
final orders to stop the work and to demolitions in the Bir El Id area  – South Hebron Hills - In our request we pointed out that Bir El Id residents are in the middle of preparing a building plan in order to request  building permits in the area. We asked for a 3 months delay.

We complained to the police and the military attorney about two  incidents of soldiers’ participation in stealing from Palestinian farmers. The first one was on April 9th  9.4.10  which we wrote about it last week. The second one was on April 13th In the second case a soldier did not  detain boys from the Mitzpe Yair settlement who stole a donkey from a residents of Bir El Id. The soldier did not want to identify himself to activists who were in the area. We have a video tape on this incident.

After the army took away the agricultural entrance permits of  Abu Qbeita family,where???  the Supreme Court accepted our request for  an urgent hearing in the appeal of family who are requesting permanent residency in the seam area. Please
