החרפה בפעולות הממשלה והקק"ל  באדמות הכפר אל עראקיב

 

1.להלן נוסח של הודעה לעיתונות שהפורום פרסם היום:

   הקק"ל קובע עובדות חדשות על אדמתו של נורי אל עוקבי באל-עראקיב

 

הבוקר, יום שני, כ-20  פועלי הקרן הקיימת בליווי כוח משטרתי, אנשי הסיירת הירוקה, ופקידים רבים,

פלשו שוב על אדמתו של נורי על עוקבי כדי לקבוע עובדות סופיות בשטח.

פועלי קק"ל רבים החלו בחפירת בורות שישמשו לנטיעת עצים במקום.  התנגדותו של נורי נענתה בהודעה

של שוטר שהוא מעוכב ואינו רשאי למחות ולהתנגד לעבודות שמתבצעות.

ביום חמישי שעבר נורי עוכב בתחנת המשטרה על אותו אישום.  כתוצאה מסירובו לחתום על המנעות

מכניסה לשטח הוא הובא בפני שופט.  בית המשפט קבע שלא הייתה שום הצדקה להליך המשטרתי

ונורי שוחרר ללא הגבלות.

 

למרות שתביעת הבעלות של נורי נמצאת בהליכים משפטיים בבית המשפט בבאר שבע, המדינה עושה הכל

כדי ליצור עובדות בשטח על ידי העברת הקרקע לידי הקק"ל לשם ייעור.

אותו מעשה מתנהל גם על אדמות נוספות של בעלים בדואים על שטחים נרחבים מאדמות הכפר.

 

פורום הכרה קורא לעצור את השתלטות המדינה על אדמות אל-עראקיב ולהפסיק לאלתר את עבודות

התשתית והנטיעות כל עוד סוגיית הבעלות על האדמות טרם נפתרה.

 

הלילה, נורי הוטרד ואוים על ידי אנשי הסיירת הירוקה שהאשימו אותו, באשמת שווא, בעקירת נטיעות.

למרות שבית המשפט התיר את נוכחותו במקום גורמים שונים מנהלים נגדו מסע איומים והפחדות

כדי שיסתלק מהמקום.  חברים ומוקירי מאבקו מוזמנים לטלפן לנורי ולתמוך בו.  הטלפון- 054-5465556   

 

2. הסלמה ביחס המדינה כלפי רכושה של  משפחת אלמאלחי באל עראקיב  

משפחת אלמאלחי סולקה מעל אדמתה בכפר אל עראקיב כבר בשנת 1948, וגורשה לאזור הסייג;

כיום המשפחה מונה מעל 1000 נפשות, ותביעתם להשבת אדמתם טרם נענתה.

בחודשים האחרונים הקק"ל השלימה עבודות פיתוח של הקרקע ובשבועות האחרונים ביצעה נטיעות

מסיביות בהשתתפות כאלף מתנדבים.

אחד הבתים ששרדו את הרס הכפר-באיקת אלמאלחי- משמש אתר עליה לרגל של בני המשפחה.

לפני כשבוע קק"ל הציבה  במקום שלטים גדולים האוסרים את הכניסה לאדמות. (תמונות מצורפות).

בני המשפחה שואלים עד היכן מגיעה עזות המצח של השלטונות בדריסת זכויותיהם.

Human Rights groups in Israel provide initial response to Goldstone Report:
Israel Must Investigate 'Operation Cast Lead'

With the publication of the Goldstone Committee report today, human rights organizations in Israel are studying the report and its conclusions, and they call upon the Israeli Government to take the report seriously and to refrain from automatically rejecting its findings or denying its legitimacy.
Already it is clear that the findings of the report - written after gathering extensive information and testimonies from Israeli and Palestinian victims - will join a long series of reports indicating that Israel's actions during the fighting in Gaza, as well as the actions of Hamas, violated the laws of combat and human rights law. 
Human rights organizations in Israel believe that the State of Israel must conduct an independent and impartial investigation into these suspicions and to cooperate with an international monitoring mechanism that would guarantee both the independence of that investigation and the implementation of its conclusions.  The organizations have written to Israel's Attorney General to demand that he establish such an independent body to investigate the military's activities during “Cast Lead”, but he rejected their request.
The groups expect the Government of Israel to respond to the substance of the report's findings and to desist from its current policy of casting doubt upon the credibility of anyone who does not adhere to the establishment's narrative.
