“There are families that need bigger apartments, discount in rent, reduce debts etc.” | cc: wikipedia

Following the rainy winter Amidar received many complaints on leaks and wetness in different apartments.

Tenants who were in touch with us, and we went to visit them got a quick treatment from Amidar, although the job was not always finished. Many tenants, specially those whose names we just wrote down, received only a temporary solution and sometimes not even this, and were promised that in the summer the work will be done. We are following it and the tenants know that if the work will not be done as it should they can turn to us.

Immediately after Pesach we will be in contact with all the tenants who came and who  will come to Amidar to complain, and will put pressure so that the work will be done before next winter.

We are also in contact with many other families. There are families that need bigger apartments, discount in rent, reduce debts etc. We of course continue to accompany the families that we wrote about them in the past and we will update about it in the future.

Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is excellent blog. An excellent read. I will definitely be back.
